Martin County Co-Op Credit Union Members Approve Merger with Hoosier Hills Credit Union

BEDFORD, IN — Following an overwhelmingly positive Member vote on August 24, 2026, Martin County Co-Op Credit Union (MCCCU) will merge with Hoosier Hills Credit Union (HHCU), bringing expanded financial opportunities to MCCCU Members and strengthening HHCU’s presence in Martin County.

Beginning March 1, 2027, MCCCU Members will gain access to a broader range of financial products, services, and conveniences through HHCU while continuing to receive the outstanding personal service provided by their trusted team in Loogootee.

The current Loogootee location will become a permanent Hoosier Hills Credit Union Service Center on March 1, 2027, expanding HHCU’s network and providing existing HHCU Members with an additional location and access to the trusted Loogootee team. At that time, MCCCU Members will also be able to transact at all HHCU Service Centers, gaining access to more locations, resources, and financial conveniences across Southern Indiana.

Providing an exceptional Member experience will remain a priority throughout the transition. Members will receive additional information as integration approaches to help them understand upcoming changes and make the most of the products and services available through HHCU.
