Fraudulent Text Message Alert

Please be aware that fraudulent text messages are being sent by an unknown entity portraying themselves as HHCU. This scam seeks to verify a charge, and prompts the recipient to click a link to decline or cancel. Upon clicking the link, recipients are asked for their confidential login credentials.

To report this scam, verify the legitimacy of a text message alert, or if you have provided your confidential card or banking credentials to a fraudulent entity, please contact our Hoosier Hills Contact Center experts at 800.865.2612 or 812.279.6644, email us at info@hoosierhills.com, or notify your local Service Center.

Phone Teller

Access to Your Accounts in the Form Most Convenient to You

​When you open an account with HHCU you are automatically signed up for Phone Teller. This service provides you access to your account 24-hours a day, 7 days a week with the convenience of your phone. With Phone Teller, you may make loan payments, account transfers, and various account inquiries.

  1. Call Phone Teller at 800.865.2612 or 812.279.6644
  2. Press 2 for Phone Teller
  3. Enter your member number, followed by the # sign
  4. Enter your four-digit Phone Teller PIN. If you have not yet set up a PIN, use the last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number
  5. Follow the menu prompts to make your selections

 

Apple Pay

Hoosier Hills Credit Union’s Visa Debit Cards and low-rate Visa® Credit Cards are eligible for use with Apple Pay! Enjoy the convenience of paying quickly and securely with your iPhone. Just add your HHCU card to the Wallet app on your iPhone and double click to pay - its that easy!

Zelle®

Zelle® is available right from online and mobile banking so you don’t need to download anything new to start sending and receiving money!

How to start using Zelle®
 

  1. Enroll or log into online or mobile banking
     
  2. On the left-hand window pane, click “Payment & Transfers”
     
  3. Select “Send Money with Zelle®”
     
  4. Accept Terms and Conditions
     
  5. Select your U.S. mobile number or email address and deposit account

That’s it! You’re ready to start sending and receiving money with Zelle®.

What is a mobile wallet?

A mobile wallet is a virtual wallet on your mobile phone which stores your card information for ease of use when paying, freeing you from having to use your physical card or your wallet! All new Hoosier Hills Credit Union Visa debit cards are equipped with the capability to be added to your mobile wallet, and are compatible with Apple Pay®, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay so you can pay simply and securely with just a touch of your phone.
