After the transition is complete, the combined organization would operate under the Hoosier Hills Credit Union name.

If approved by members of both credit unions, the first legal day of the partnership is expected to be November 1, 2026.

This proposed partnership would provide MCCCU Members with access to expanded:

• Products and services
• Competitive loan and deposit rates
• Enhanced features and digital banking tools
• Additional locations

MCCCU remains a strong and financially stable organization, and this proposed partnership is intended to bring more opportunities to members and the local community.

Yes. Pending member approval, the MCCCU office would continue to operate with the same local staff, location, and hours members know and trust.

MCCCU Members should review the mailed member notice and FAQs, then complete and submit the enclosed ballot.

Ballots may be submitted by:

• In-person drop-off at MCCCU, 201 Mill Street, Loogootee, IN 47553
• In person at the MCCCU member meeting on August 24, 2026, at 5:00pm at the Loogootee Public Library Community Room

Ballots must be received by the close of the meeting at 6:00pm. Members with questions may contact MCCCU at 812.295.3484.

HHCU Members may vote by ballot, which can be obtained in person at any Service Center or downloaded online once the member notice and ballot are available.

Ballots may be submitted by:

• Attending the special meeting at 615 M Street, Bedford, IN on July 22, 2026, at 5:00pm EST
• Mailing the ballot to 630 Lincoln Avenue, Bedford, IN 47421

Mailed ballots must be received prior to 5:00pm EST on July 22, 2026. Ballots cannot be submitted at our Service Center locations.
