- A government-issued photo ID such as a valid driver’s license, state ID, military ID or passport.
- Proof of your current address. If it is not listed on your ID, bring a utility bill, lease or mortgage statement, bank or credit card statement, or pay stub or official government document dated within the last 30 days.
